PPP1 Research: Worms Revolutions

One of my very first games that I owned for the computer as a child was Worms World Party, which was one of my favourite games as it was so brilliantly cleaver and stupid at the same time. I then got the chance to play Worms: Armageddon which again was a brilliant game, but the one that I have had the chance to play recently, and because it was on Steam, is Worms: Revolution, which combines the old gameplay with newer graphics.

The general gameplay was very simple and the only aim was to destroy the enemy worms in the environment using any weapons available which was always interesting. The general weapons included grenades, shotguns and bazookas, but then got weird with the infamous concrete donkey and old lady... The gameplay was amazing though to witness and is a very simple game to play once the controls are learned properly and executed properly.

The music in the game was always very subtle as most of the sounds came from the worms themselves which were always amazing as the voices where also customised personally if you were to create your own worms as well as everything is also able to customised. The voices in the game where brilliant and humorous and were expertly added in from the shouting of 'FIRE' as they launched a grenade or the quite 'He he he' as they hurt another enemy worm.
