VFX Mindmap Development Breakdown

After I created a mind map to show my initial ideas that I had floating around in my brain, I decided to focus on one main theme: dinosaurs. To me this is an interesting theme to follow, as I absolutely love them, and I wanted to pick something that I could get really into and get excited by; as this would make the project so much more enjoyable. Below I have looked at the names of dinosaurs put them into groups alphabetically as this was the easiest way of sorting them out into different colours so that they could be viewed properly and easily as colour makes everything look better, as I found out from the quick PPP2 seminar we had.

After doing this I wanted to narrow the list of dinosaurs that I wanted to look at down so that I could decided better and do more research into them. I picked out the key ones from this massive list so that I could create small fact files on them to ensure I knew everything there was to know about them that would need to be relevant for my project and the short film I was going to be making. The dinosaurs that I decided to pick out of this list was the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Spinosaurus, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Velociraptor, Pteranodon and the Brachiosaurus.
