Steam's Greenlight comes with the original steam store when its downloaded and gives gamers, especially if they are new to gaming and want to start making a name for themselves. Its also a fantastic opportunity for Indie games to be looked and to see if they have the potential to be full games - as a lot of these games are in the beta stage of development at the moment and are usually free to play.
It is a wonderful opportunity for new gamers to get involved and a very easy layout as well. The maker will out a video of gameplay up and then also a few pictures of different levels in the game, give a description of how the game works and list any reviews it might have already got. The Steam audience will then look at this and then saay if it is worth a shot or not. Get enough votes for yes and your game is up for sale on the official Steam website. Everyone on Steam should get voting as the gamemakers are looking for help and feedback and need the suport from fellow gamers!
